@6 OUR PROMISE TO YOU@4
Our customer policy is to send out ALL orders on the same day as we receive
them, by first class post. Meaning you should receive your order within two
working days of sending it to us (U.K Mainland only). But of course we are
only human and we too get ill and need a break etc. So don't worry if we
sometimes take a day or two longer, this will be a rare occurance though.

Please note: If we receive your order on a saturday we cannot always get out
your order by the last post, which is 12.00 Noon, especially if we have a
lot of orders in, in this case it will be sent to you first thing monday.
If there is a problem with your cheque or order it may take a day or two
longer. If you do not hear from us within four working days of sending your
order by 1st class post then please contact us by phone.

*Note if you send your order by 2nd class it can take up to 4 working
days to reach us so give us 6-8 days in all. Is it worth it to save 6p? !!!

*To help us deal with your order efficiently please tell us about your Amiga
set up and give a day time phone number if possible.

All our disks are constantly monitered for every KNOWN virus.
When compiling the master copy and making your copies all are automatically
checked. No known virus can be passed on by us to you.
We cannot be held responsible for any virus infection directly or indirectly
involving an F1 disk. Though, as you can see, this is very unlikely ever to
happen. Of course nobody can account for new viruses, that's part and parcel
of the game I am afraid.

This will stop any virus you may already have in your collection spreading
to new disks.
